Meet Casey Truffo – Someone who GETS Anxiety and ADHD
>“My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far, I’ve finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already.”

Hi there! I’m Casey Truffo. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience and the founder of OC Relationship Center. I specialize in anxiety, adult ADHD, and grief — but mostly, I work with smart, high-functioning adults who are secretly exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
My Story and Background as an Anxiety Therapist and ADHD Counselor:
I’ve lived with both anxiety and ADHD myself, so I know what it’s like to constantly overthink, over-function, and still feel behind. I became a therapist to help people stop spiraling and start building a life that actually works for their brain and their nervous system — not just everyone else’s expectations.
**My Unique Approach: **
My work is integrative, honest, and tool-rich. I won’t just nod and ask how you feel — I’ll help you find language, systems, and strategies that reduce anxiety and get you through hard days with more ease. I’m known for being direct (but kind), and clients often say I help them see things clearly — especially when they’re stuck in relationships or overwhelmed by perfectionism.
>I believe therapy should give you something you can use on Tuesday — not just insight. My goal is to help you have more good days and fewer mental fire drills.
**Techniques I Use:: In helping clients feel less anxious and more at ease, I often incorporate the following methods:
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) DBT techniques can be very helpful for building emotional regulation skills and reducing anxiety spirals. (And help us get past that fear of rejection!)
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT helps us to manage the fear of something bad happening – you know that fear that ‘another shoe is going to drop?’ Yep, CBT can help.
IFS (Internal Family Systems): IFS is gentle approach that helps you understand the “parts” of yourself that are overworking, overachieving, or overthinking. (You can thank that part of you that needs everyone to be happy – and perhaps assign her another job.)
Systems + Strategy Coaching: This is especially useful for ADHD clients — I help you create structures that work for your actual brain (not just Pinterest or TikTok).
What Clients Say About Me
>“Casey just gets it. She helped me stop overthinking and start making real progress. Her tools actually work — even when my anxiety is at a 10.”
>“She’s direct in the best way. I never felt judged — just understood. And she helped me make sense of people in my life that I’d been spinning about for years.”
>“I always felt like I had to be perfect just to stay afloat. Working with Casey helped me breathe again and start liking myself a little more.”
>“She doesn’t waste your time. Casey gives you stuff that works, calls out your inner critic, and still somehow makes you laugh.”
More About Me I’ve been married for 27 years to Bob, a retired accountant and devoted cat dad who finally understood my ADHD wasn’t flakiness — just how my brain works. That moment of clarity improved our marriage more than a dozen “I-statements” ever could.
When I’m not in session, I’m lifting weights, covered in cat hair (thanks to Parker and Riley), or building systems that keep me sane-ish. I’m also a clinical supervisor and love mentoring therapists who want to work with clients the way I do: with brains, heart, and a little irreverence.
Ready for therapy that makes sense for your brain and your life?
If you’re looking for a compassionate, experienced therapist who truly understands anxiety, ADHD, and the pressure to be perfect — I’d love to help. Book your session and start creating more ease, clarity, and good days.

Rebecca Pistilli
Meet Rebecca
“Things go faster when you slow them down.”
Hello! I’m Rebecca Pistilli, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I grew up in a small Pennsylvania town in an Italian family & am the middle of 3 sisters. After receiving my Bachelor’s in psychology from the Indiana University of PA, I drove across the country to CA to “find myself.” I lived in the San Fernando Valley for five years and worked in the entertainment industry casting contestants for television game shows like the Family Feud! I went on to pursue my Master’s in Counseling from CSUF & enter the field that I consider to be “my calling.”
I bring my 20 years of experience in the field to my individual and couple’s work and have advanced training in Gottman couple’s therapy, sex therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and executive therapy.
In my 10 years at SoCal Counseling Center, I have had the privilege of supporting couples and individuals through many challenges including: rebuilding trust, managing stress, controlling anger, improving communication, and handling life transitions. Common questions client’s arrive in my office with are: “Should I stay in this relationship?”, “How can I trust again?”, “How can I be better understood in my relationship?”, and “Is it ok to feel the way I feel?”
How I work
Clients have shared that once we begin working together, they feel supported and encouraged in a way that helps them gain a better understanding and acceptance of their own feelings. This, in turn, enhances decisiveness and confidence which helps them to learn and practice skills to improve their relationships with others and also their performance at work. Couples report they come to a better understanding of their partner & themselves and their negative patterns. They are better able to see their own contributions to the problems in the relationship & how to make effective changes. This leads to happier and more fulfilling relationships.
More about me
I appreciate simple things like hiking, reading, or listening to my favorite podcasts. As a recent breast cancer survivor, I’ve gained a new focus on both physical and emotional health and the challenges in this journey.
I currently live in Tustin with my husband of over 20 years and our teenage son. During my time off, I look for moments in my life to be inspired and refueled, and that can come in many forms from paragliding, to practicing yoga, or watching my son dance on stage at OCSA.
